My order was delivered but I can't find it.
This thankfully doesn't happen very often but when a package is lost or stolen its such a bummer. Once your order has shipped it has left my hands. I can't do much once a package is handed over to a shipping carrier. Please contact your local shipping carrier's office with your tracking number to see if they can help locate your package.

How do I take care of my Merino Wool
One of the greatest things about merino wool is it doesn't require frequent washes, Merino wool is naturally antimicrobial and odor repellent. feel free to spot clean your beanie with lukewarm water and rinse-less wool wash as needed. I wash my beanies once or twice a winter depending on how often I wear them. For more info on Merino wool and it's care can be found here here.
